www.mlc-academy.com In August 2007 MLC opened the doors of its first Academy. Located in the centre of Nottingham, England, the Music Learning Curve Academy emphasizes the needs of the individual music student. As a result the MLC Academy Nottingham has a number of unique syllabuses that are thorough and stimulating yet flexible and fun. Playing music brings people together, breaks down social and personal barriers and almost always makes for a good time. If you're not a musician already, you may feel daunted at first. Don't worry - MLC Academy Nottingham can help you get started, regardless of age or lifestyle. We have a number of programs that cater to the specific needs of different age groups. Whilst pre-schoolers are occupied in the Sesame Music Zone, teens can go all the way to The MusicEdge and our more mature students can relax at Buena Vista Social Club (Please visit the MLC Academy Nottingham website for full details of all the programmes on offer). So what's next for the MLC Academy? Music Learning Curve's vision is global: we're currently in negotiation talks to open our 2nd Academy in New York, USA, with the help and guidance of Art Bernstein.
